On folio 9 of the Mini ii v1.2 manual the USB-C port is used for charging and connecting to the computer. If the M2 is on it should able to see information technology as a drive on Windows. I haven't tried this with the M2, but MA washed in this mode shows the on-board memory and the SD card.

I thought near that and could exist useful if it works.
I suppose the just downside to that would be that the drone needs to be powered on.
I but received my A2s last week, and I would also consider that a down side, as I have plant that y'all have to unfurl the legs, remove the gimbal protector (I think, haven't tried it without) and so plough on the drone.
It would exist nice if, instead of turning it on with one short push button and one long push on the ability button, you could just do i long button and have it become into "drive mode" instead, without all of the other rigmarole.

I find that when using quick transfer it heats up considerably too, this would be a great alternative.

I purchased an sd extreme pro A1 card and it significantly increased my download time when I export from the drone. The drone gets really warm though so I dont do too many at once

That'southward a bully thought. Would exist nice if DJI could do that in a firmware update or something.
I am sure they could, just permit'due south face information technology - they probably won't

What method do you all use for transferring your content from your Mini 2 to your phone, tablet or estimator?
I've tried the Quick Transfer feature, but found that to actually be anything but quick for whatsoever video content.
I'chiliad assuming the best method would be to remove the SD Card and pop it in a high speed reader instead?I'yard looking at the USB-C ones so I can besides plug it directly into my iPad.
Am I missing whatsoever other fast options?
Cheers!
Only pull out the card and utilise a microSD carte reader compatible with whatever iPad you are using. Cipher could be simpler! Trying to use the Mini 2 as a carte reader is terribly inefficient and a waste of the drone battery.

Why would anyone consider doing annihilation but pulling the card...serious question

At that place tin can exist problems pulling the menu. My mini would not wing at all afterwards pulling it and reading from it in a Windows figurer. I own both mini and mini two. I can't remember which drone would not operate but this trouble has been discussed on this forum.

On page 9 of the Mini 2 v1.2 manual the USB-C port is used for charging and connecting to the computer. If the M2 is on it should able to see information technology as a bulldoze on Windows. I haven't tried this with the M2, simply MA done in this fashion shows the on-board retentivity and the SD card.
Similar KIilrah says-talking speed ,have the card out and utilize a carte reader .Card readers work on IOS & android, figurer anything-then if you lot want save on hard drive.

This seems beyond unlikely.
Any the issue was, information technology wasn't pulling the SD card.
The fastest and simplest way to transfer epitome files is to pop the carte, put it in a $3 USB card reader and put that in the computer.
